This floorplan is a customer favorite! Our pictures display two versions of this plan with two different homes, each with the hitch on the opposite end. The darker wood home has the hitch on the front of the home and the oak colored home has the hitch on the bedroom end, making it a "golf course" model. The park model has a spacious, open feel of a much larger home due to the higher ceilings. The clearstory windows allow the natural light above into your home throughout the day without glare. This is a very functional "U" style kitchen with tons of storage. Add a hutch in the dining area if you desire. There are a multitude of options for cabinets in the bedroom.
