Our Service Commitment

At Blue Diamond Home & RV we pride ourselves in servicing what we sell. Manufactured homes and park models are built in a factory setting by hand, travel on wheels to your site and are set. After all this, you require service. Many retailers allow you ONE service call, directly out of the factory with no local service support. At Blue Diamond we have a different philosophy. We have built our reputation on our service, one home at a time since 1985.

When you purchase a home from Blue Diamond we provide you with a local service team who is available year round. We know that sometimes it takes more than one, two or even three service calls for customer satisfaction. We also work closely with all the factories we represent and use their personnel for service when necessary. We know that if you are happy with your home you will refer other people to purchase from us. The majority of our business is built upon referrals.

Every new park model and home we sell is backed with a one year warranty that is supported by our manufacturers. We have chosen to represent factories that honor service agreements and honor commitments to customers. In the past we have briefly dealt with several factories that do not uphold service agreements and build products that we believe to be inferior. Our message to you is that Chariot Eagle, Clayton, Karsten, Silvercrest and Skyline build quality homes and honor their service agreements and commitments.
