This open floor plan is a favorite. It is a great home for entertaining due to the spaciousness in the living and dining room area. Another plus to this floor plan is the side entry through the laundry rooom which enables you to go directly into a bathroom. The kitchen is large, with an island in the center and a large pantry with a door in the corner. There are several options you can make with the extra bedrooms as well as the den. You are able to have three bedrooms or two bedrooms with a den. You can open the den with double doors or leave an arch as shown in this floor plan. You can have the room open in the hall or living room. There is also an optional master bath if you choose. This floor plan will also accomodate a fireplace in the corner.
